Reflections

When someone raises their voice, I focus on what’s being said instead of how it’s delivered.
I noticed how avoiding conflict quietly turned into judgment, distance, and real cost.
I noticed how much my energy depended on the response to my social media posts, and what that showed me about myself.
I said “it’s fine” because I didn’t have the energy for the conversation. What stayed with me was not the situation, but the cost of avoiding it.
