Biography
Sanjog Aul is an executive coach, strategic consultant, editorial planner, public speaker, and moderator specializing in business and IT thought leadership. Sanjog has independently fashioned himself into a subject matter expert and thought leader for C-Suite audiences through the institutions he has built. As the founder, CEO, and host of CIO Talk Network, he has led pointed exchanges between C-level executives, engaging them in a wide array of topics related to today’s top IT trends. Sanjog has worked with and interviewed more than 800 top IT executives from global enterprises including Google, MasterCard, the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext, NASA, the Department of Defense, the United Nations, and more.
In his capacity as CEO of the IT technical services firm AVVAL, Sanjog has worked directly with IT practitioners on solving their technology and IT staffing needs. And, as an independent coach and consultant, Sanjog has been passionate about grooming dozens of IT professionals through his unique perspective on building a strong, resilient brand as a technology leader. He engages his clients in discussions that spark career revelations while helping these leaders grow in achieving their goals for both work and life.
Sanjog is an inquisitive, authentic, and inspiring leader. He seeks to stimulate discussions and pose questions that delve into the real challenges faced by those in the IT industry. He strives to remain a neutral voice with a trusting tone, and his work helps not just to cultivate current leaders but build future leaders. His charity work with his nonprofit, community give-back program, Real-IT-y, has helped mesh classroom learning with practical business experience for young Chicagoland IT students.
Sanjog has served as Vice President of Programs for the Chicago Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and has served on the Management Council for SIM International. He also serves on the board of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP). Additionally, Sanjog was selected as one of the “Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive & Emerging Leaders for 2013” by Diversity MBAmagazine. Each year the publication selects the top 100 successful executive leaders out of hundreds of nominations based on the impact of their leadership within their company and community.
